This is how the New Broadcast feature works
To use New Broadcast, first open WhatsApp on the smartphone.
After this you will see three dots on the top right, click on them.
Now you will come across many options, from which you have to choose New Broadcast. As soon as you click on New Broadcast, the contact list will appear in front of you.
Now select the contact to whom you want to send the message.
After doing this, a chat window will appear in front of you.
